the rates are based on 11 persons (maximum capacity 12 persons)

The booking is valid from Saturday 5 pm to the following Satudrday 10 am (7 nights)
The booking includes:
- the
heating (oil) *,
- the water,
- power (7kwh / day),
- the linen and towels
Payment conditions:
- down payment at booking of 25% of the total amount
- remaining sum to be paid 15 days before the begin of the stay
- final cleaning: 150 €

Pricing excluding Tourist tax for 2023 (1,30 € / night / person)
